An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally leading science an technology company, working as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities

To provide Excellence in Customer Service to Customers through order management, account management, issue resolution and essential business communication.

To manage customer relationships via telephone and other correspondence, including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints whilst proactively promoting the online portal of bCom to enable the customer to self-serve.

Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined Service Level Agreements at all times.

Participate in all company initiatives e.g. daily tier reviews, team meetings, training as well as completing all compliance and EHS courses as required.

To liaise with the business on customer relationship management utilising Salesforce functionalities.

To collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner e.g. Marketing, Pricing Operations, Customer Financial Services and the eProcurement team

Experience, Skills & Capabilities

* Good written & verbal communication essential.

* Use of OTC SAP is desirable.

* Customer facing experience in a B2B environment preferred.

* Strong problem solving skills, ownership and an ability to work as part of a team.

* Organisational skills are key in the fast paced customer environment.

* Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.

* Experience of supply chain and logistics is also desirable.

* Full training, including opportunity to work towards a Customer Service professional qualification, will be given.

Qualifications

(a) Bachelor degree level of education with related work experience.

(b) Secondary school (A level) education with moderate related work experience

(c) Secondary school (GCSE) education with significant related work experience
