Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading company, with top of the range quality products and certainly a company to be proud to work for.

Due to continued expansion they are looking for an additional member of their small friendly team as a customer service administrator. This role will be very diverse and you will liase closely with the warehouse to ensure orders are sent out.

This will be a temp - perm role and paid on a weekly basis for 12 weeks with a view to being offered a permanent posiiton after this period.

The role will involve:-

- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries

- Processing orders onto the bespoke computer system

- Keeping acurate records

- Dealing with customers as they come into the depot

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:-

- Excellent telephone manner

- Acurate typing

- Experience of working in a fast passed working environment

- Experience of working as part of a small team

- Must have good IT skills ie word, excel (there is a bespoke system which you will be trained so if you have good IT skills this will be ideal)

The role will be working Monday to Friday - 8.30 am till 5.00 pm

This depot is located at Leeming Bar, so you will need your own transport to get to and from work.
