Working for a growing financial services company in Basingstoke.
Managing a team of 14 staff in the Customer Services/ Helpdesk department.
It is a busy environment.
Ideally you will have managed a helpdesk/ customer service team previously and if you have worked within the finance sector this would be advantageous.
