SIA Retail Security Team Member with SIA CCTV
Aston Services Group are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Team Member to assist in the day to day operation of the outdoor retail shopping centre.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a change in direction for the Shopping Centre and an opportunity for the right individual to add value and make their mark. You will be part of a forward thinking team that deliver the very best in all areas, Customer Services, Security, Cleaning and General Facilities. You will need to be a strong communicator and team player with a great work ethic. Within your role you must satisfy visitor and tenant needs along with the expectations of the Shopping Centre Management Team. You will need to have a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail, be able to multi task and not be afraid of getting your hands dirty.
The role of the Woolshops Customer Service Team is to ensure the overall smooth running of the centre supporting the Centre Management in ensuring that the Centre is a safe and pleasant environment for our customers at all times.
The role requires both practical and physical work, with a good understanding of health and safety.

Current SIA licence holder - Essential
Current CCTV Licence - Essential
IOSHH
Knowledge of COSHH
World Host Customer Service Training
The ideal candidate will also need to be flexible to support the needs of the centre where necessary.
Shifts 07:00 -19:00 4 on 4 off (Permanent days)
With a rate of pay exceeding any shopping centre in the north - £10.50 p/h
