Site Manager - Bournemouth - Contract

My client are a leading main contractor who specialise in the build of Student accommodation and High rise living projects. They require the services of a Site manager with particular experience within External Cladding packages and general finishing.

The project is set to be handed over in Sept 21 and we able to offer a 4-5 month contract to any interested contractors. Candidates who would like to apply must have the following:

Successful candidate MUST have the following:

- CSCS (Gold/Black card)
- 1st Aid ticket (3/5 day)
- Previous experience within a high rise environment and preferably external envelope packages. Similar project experience considered within Student accommodation/hotel or apartments builds.
- Available to start Tuesday 5th January.
- Good communication skills as will be liaising with Operations/Commercial and client teams
