My client is looking for an Mechanical Building Maintenance Technician to work a 4 on 4 Off Shift Pattern looking after a large Commercial Site in the City of London, a stones throw away from Liverpool Street Station.
My client will look at an experienced Engineer that is looking to develop and enhance their skill set in the Mechanical Maintenance field.
The way that a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern works means that you will end up with week days as well as weekends off work. This often means you will be travelling Off-peak cutting travel costs and also allowing you to work on buildings when the clients are not present.

Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
Fire alarms
FCU's
AHU's
BMS - Head End Controls
HVAC plant

Water treatment
Office Moves
Office Re-set
First Line Chiller Response
Requirements:
Apprentice trained
City and Guild Level 3 in Mechanical Qualifications (or equivalent)
Commercial Maintenance Experience
