You will find a GAMA product in most UK hospitals, and as infection prevention becomes more important in people's lives, the need for them has never been greater.

We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join us in our Capital Equipment team. As the Field Service Technician, you will support customers (primarily NHS hospitals) with any technical issues with GAMA's Capital Equipment products, primarily Rediroom.

What will you do?

Be responsible for getting the products to equipment trials and demonstrations for the sales team
Respond to customer callouts and diagnose equipment faults in a swift fashion whilst on site
Maintain daily communication with the Installation team
Schedule and deliver capital equipment repair and routine preventative maintenance
Collect stock needed for capital equipment and associated consumables from our warehouse in Banbury
Be responsible for the preparation and logistics of using HPV Room Decontamination on site for customers
Liaise directly with Infection Prevention and Control teams as well as ward staff in hospitals

What will you need?

Previous success as a technician or engineer responding to customer callouts
Experience in a similar field-based role would be highly advantageous
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and personable manner
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer focused approach to resolving issues
Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Comfortable using Microsoft packages and CRM systems
Valid UK Driving License to drive up to 3.5 tonne van
