IT Service Delivery Manager - SAP

We are partnered with a leading Financial organisation in the City of London who are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage both internal and external project teams and interact with customer executives, department heads and various customer staff including customer suppliers.

Proven ability to work with Global teams and be able to establish and maintain co-operative working relationships is essential. The successful candidate will communicate effectively before large groups and be able to reason logically and creatively whilst using a variety of analytical and research techniques to solve complex problems.

Essential Skills

• Should have good Service Delivery Management / Program Management
• Excellent SAP Projects / Service skills
• Good knowledge and working experience in SAP as a techno- functional consultant preferably in the Finance Sector.
• Ability to manage project stakeholders, priorities and escalations
• A good understanding of SLAs and metrics  
• Be able to manage complex projects and be proficient in the use of cost and schedule tools.
• The Service Delivery Manager must have a good knowledge on the ITSM methodologies
• Experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology & Waterfall Methodology
• Experience working with offshore teams (desirable)

Education & Experience



• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (equivalent) in Information Technology or related course is required
• A proven track record in Service Delivery/Project Management is essential
• Certification in PMP / ITIL (desirable)
