Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an ambitious company situated in the heart of Watford on a permanent, full time basis, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for Customer Service.
Job Purpose
To support company operations by maintaining office CRM systems, providing general administrative support and customer service support
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner via telephone and email
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Providing technical support to customers (Full Training Provided)
- Manually entering data into CRM system and supplier portals
- Any other duties as appropriate to the role
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Be computer literate with general knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
- The drive to learn and do well in a job
