Trainee Home Manager - Ross-On-Wye
We are looking to recruit a dynamic Trainee Home Manager to join our team for a residential home that is based in Ross on Wye. Greenfields prides itself on providing high quality care, support to children and young people through a multi-disciplinary approach. The home has support from a clinical lead in helping us create an environment and conditions where children grow and thrive in reaching their full potential.
We offer care, education and therapeutic assessment along with a nurtured, structured, stable environment with clear boundaries, a place young people can call home.
Essential
- 2 Years or more, working in residential setting
- QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (preferred or working towards)
- Understanding of National Minimum Standards for Children’s Homes
- Driver
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
