We are excited to announce that we have a new opening within our team here at Manpower St Albans! We are looking for someone with passion, motivation and drive to join our team based on in St Albans.

Due to COVID-19 Government Guidance you will begin this role working from home, however when restrictions are lifted, you will be primarily office based with flexible working from home when needed or required. We need a strong sales background or previous recruitment experience so that you are able, after system training to hit the ground running with immediate effect. You will have the support of global branding, and a wealth of experience with the UK and your local team to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. You will be used to working towards KPI's, have experience in telephone and face to face sales, and hold a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

The Team...Who will you be working with?

We've responded to the global trends that we are seeing proactively and with more agility than ever before. Our ambitious, driven and fun team are looking to add a new team member to manage a Temps desk. As a Temps Consultant for Manpower in St Albans, your role will involve identifying potential business opportunities with new clients and maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

The Role:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Visiting clients (or meeting remotely) to build and develop strong and successful relationships. Continually build on your pipeline of new prospective business opportunities within your designated market.
  • Grow new business sales revenue in your vertical market, and focus on growing your delivery function to 'land-and-expand' within your client-base
  • Report weekly successes, difficulties and market movements to management and attend regular meetings to discuss growth and development with your peer group.
  • Proactively source candidates using the available tools
  • Account Manage the relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About You:

  • You will work well within a team environment but will also be able to operate autonomously
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling or recruitment is essential.
