Service Delivery Supervisor
Chatham
£26,000 pa
This is a role which would suit candidates with experience of managing a client contract, to ensure full delivery of services on time
The role of Service Delivery Supervisor will include:-
- Being the main point of contact for the client
- Attending monthly client meetings, taking minutes, and distributing as necessary
- Completing monthly financial reports for the clients, inputting accurate prices per site and per service
- Liaising internally to ensure all services are delivered, and chasing incident reports if necessary
- Update all teams with contract changes and site updates
- Accurately recording all relevant information for each site, and updating as needed
To be considered for the Service Delivery Supervisor role, candidates should:-
- Be organised, methodical, reactive, calm and confident
- Able to work with an major client, to ensure contractual agreements are met
- Be task orientated, and analytical in their approach to problems with excellent communication skills
Interviews are being held immediately for January start. Candidate with a background in Security or Facilities Management may be particularly suitable, but applications from all relevant candidates are encouraged.
