New to care or experienced? We are recruiting Part-Time Support Workers with a positive and caring attitude at our local service: Smugglers Barn.  Consensus Support Services is an award-winning, family owned healthcare organisation, specialising in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in supported living and residential settings.

Position: Part-Time Support Worker

Salary (£): 9.10 – 9.40 per hour

Location:  Crawley Down, Felbridge

About the Role:  

• This service is supporting up to 5 individuals living in a residential setting.
• Tailoring support to the individuals needs to help them achieve their goals and live an independent lifestyle
• Individuals are encouraged to enjoy leisure and social activities at the home such as watching movies, especially Disney films, listening to music and creating items in the workshop
• Hosting parties and open days regularly where friends and family are always welcome
• Taking individuals out to nearby Crawley and its many shopping and leisure amenities such as bowling alleys, cinemas and cafes.
• Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing
• Flexible shift patterns available including early, late and weekend shifts
