Customer Service Executive in Witney

4 - 40 hours per week

The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a thriving local business who have exciting growth plans for 2021! Our client’s reputation for exceptional customer service is integral to their ongoing success, and with this in mind we are seeking a Customer Service Executive who is diligent, passionate, and thoroughly enjoys what they do.

Your role as a Customer Service Executive will involve:

  • Answering incoming enquiries from all channels (phone, email, web)
  • Listening to and understanding the needs of the customer
  • Building and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Processing the customer’s order whilst promoting related products and services
  • Offering solutions to stock issues by liaising with other departments
  • Using the company CRM system effectively to manage customer accounts

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
  • Listening skills
  • Team player
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems)
  • Diligent, with good attention to detail
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role

Additional information:

  • circa £21,000
  • Monday to Friday
