In this fantastic role you will be taking inbound calls from customers with a range of queries - every call will be varied and keep you busy and engaged! What's not to love?

A bit about this customer service representative job:
First and foremost, your customers will be a big deal to you and you'll be confident in speaking to them over the phone.
Let's not beat around the bush, it's going to be busy and the calls can be challenging, but it's a great way to improve your customer service skills and boost your awesomeness. It's really satisfying when you're able to turn a tricky situation into a positive end result for a customer.
We need you to be flexible to work shifts between 8am-7pm.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Representative is:
Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job, that works for us too!
What's important is that you have customer service super powers; being able to talk to customers, take ownership of situations and get a kick out of delivering an exceptional service.
