As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, this school will expect you to be fully committed to everything you do and to become a role model for the children to look up to by the way you conduct yourself in the classroom. You will be expected to work 1:1 with children to develop a trust with them as well as working in small groups to help them interact. You will work alongside the class teacher and gain invaluable experience seeing first-hand what it takes to be a successful primary school teacher.
