Delivery Specialist
At esure Group, we’re a growing business with big plans to transform and disrupt the insurance market through the design and implementation of new technologies built around data.
We are currently recruiting for a Transformation Delivery Officer to play a key part in supporting us on our transformation journey.
What you will do:
To be responsible for the implementation of the transformation governance cadence and ongoing alignment across our programmes, the process of running change management across esure, and first line assurance of programme execution and health.
Reporting to our Head of Transformation Delivery, you will run and participate in the governance structure for all workstreams in the programme, following our assurance framework for large change management activity. This will include programme status reporting, steering group participation, design authority, first line assurance and implementing lessons learned. Conducting reviews and auditing of all programmes, you will create and deliver reports for stakeholders of all levels, including our Exec board and shareholders, tracking programmes to ensure value to the business and value realisation. As an experienced transformation delivery professional, you will manage the full enterprise resource planning process, working with independent external assurance partners and internal/external audit providers on governance, health and execution of programme deliverables.
What we are looking for:
With great organisational and interpersonal skills, you will bring experience in enterprise wide digital transformation projects and management support, including the practical application of project management methodologies in an Agile environment. Having the ability to explain detailed concepts clearly, you will lead stakeholder engagement in portfolio resource allocation, financial management and departmental budgeting.
This is an ideal role for a transformation specialist with a strong focus on results and outcomes, and an understanding of how change and governance can add value to programmes.
