Junior Customer Account Executive - Talent and Experience Executive

Salary Negotiable based on current level and experience £20,000 to £25,000 Plus Year 1 £3,000-£5,000 bonus!

30 - 50 calls per day but all live and warm - like an engagement executive, loads of guidance, training, lap top, mobile and more...

The Role:

• Making calls to live candidates that are from an IT techy background that have completed or half completed their FREE subscription to the info on the APP
• To engaged with the semi interested, interested person and talk and walk them through the full application
• Take them through the features and benefits of the app
• Who is recruiting who isnt - what skill sets they have in the world of IT/Tech/Software Development
• Office based - Create a lively fun, banter filled environment and be proactive, make things happen, be consultative and …
• DELIVER a genuinely exceptional service with energy and personality

Candidate:

• Are you a bright spark, hardworking, good education with 1-4+ customer support or recruitment experience?
• Can you go toe to toe (Sort of) with techy candidates (would be a bonus I you could)
• Do you love a small growing company and are adaptable and able to go with the ups and downs
• Commutable to the office (NE3) and willing to work hard, strive to do those extra 5+ engagements a day and hit bonus?

If you have recruitment experience, technical experience and are great with people and on the phone then this could be the role for you!
