We take detailed job specifications from our clients and match up qualified candidates to their requirements. The specs can be complex in their nature and highly-specialised, so we need people who are dynamic, sharp, who retain information well and learn quickly. The role involves contacting potential clients & candidates to discuss very specific career opportunities and managing the process start-to-finish. You must be confident and not afraid to pick up the phone & build relationships.
For the first 12 months, you will work side-by-side with one of our experienced team members to learn our business and work your way to becoming a full Consultant. Our team work closely as a team to share information, help each other, and ultimately deliver the best results for our clients.
Our team is highly motivated and ambitious. We are looking for similar people who can add more to an already very successful team. You must be an excellent communicator – spoken and written – with a Degree 2:1 or above, and have a strong work ethic.
The rewards for success are high – we have exceptional team members earning well into 6-figures – but OTE of between £60k-£80k is very achievable once you are fully up to speed. With our global client base, there is opportunity to travel internationally. We make frequent visits to London, Europe, the US and Asia. There are also unparalleled incentives for team performance – such as fully expensed breaks abroad – and many smaller events throughout the year. We are big believers in rewarding success.
