Job description

A customer services role handling and responding to incoming telephone calls and email enquiries for a leading manufacturer within the plumbing and heating industry.

Package: circa £18k basic

Location: Commutable distance to my client's offices in Hixon

THE ROLE - Customer Services Adviser:

• Working out of my clients UK head office, within the customer services team.
• Handling and responding to incoming telephone calls and email enquiries.
• Placing orders on to their SAP based system

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

• You will have experience within a customer services / order processing role
• With strong communication skills and a first class telephone manor
• Having used or an understanding of SAP based systems would also be beneficial
