Delivery Lead in London

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

Agile Delivery Lead is wanted by a forward thing SaaS company in London who have an extensive list of products which are used by millions of people everyday.

 

The company has been performing well throughout Covid and have successfully on-boarded numerous hires over the past ten months. Their core platform is around benefits management and employee engagement solutions, you would be joining a fast paced, ambitious team who is focused on continuing to dominate the global benefits market.

 

You’ll be tasked with inspiring others to succeed whilst keeping development teams focused on performing at their best. Effectively performing as a Scrum Master whilst using Project Management skills to build a trusting environment, where delivery is a team commitment.

 

Overview:

  • Familiarity with common Agile practices (iterative development), with the ability to adapt the methodology to the specific project context
  • Experience delivering software throughout its full life cycle
  • Previous experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager, ideally within a technical software environment
  • Ability to identify and manage risk, notice early signs of failure and respond decisively
  • Good time management and scheduling skills
  • The ability to understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team

 

The successful Agile Delivery Lead will earn up to £65,000 (depending on experience) and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: bonus, pension, medical insurance and numerous soft leisurely benefits. Interview’s will all be completed remotely as they will be working from home until at least April.
