We are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join our growing business.
Role and Responsibilities;
- ·Research using Linkedin, Job Boards and our existing database
- ·Writing job adverts and placing them on Job Borads
- ·Reviewing CVs of applicants to establish if they are suitable
- ·Telephone interviewing candidates
- Approaching prospective candidates to arrange calls for consultants
- Identifying and approaching prospective candidates
For this role we are after confident, ambitious and tenacious characters - recruitment can be a very rewarding career but without doubt is challenging, so we need people prepared to work hard and who do not give up easily.
We are looking for raw talent who we can develop, however if you have the following skills this will be beneficial;
- Previous Recruitment or Sales experience
- Good IT skills (you will be using a CRM and other software)
- String written English skills
