@NTech is recruiting for a New Business Junior Sales Exec to develop, leverage relationships, whilst generating new prospects through given leads for this leading provider of Utility Switch Services to Businesses in the UK.

We are looking for candidates that have experience working in either a telesales, retail sales, field sales or a sales environment who would like to succeed in a role where your overall earnings is contributed by your day to day effort.

Position: New Business Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation

Location: St Albans, Herts

Selling: Business Switch, Energy, Utilities

Salary: £22k basic & uncapped commission + benefits 1st year c£30k

Environment: New Business, Call Centre, Telesales.

• New business telephone sales 180+ Calls a day

Opportunity for a results driven sales person who can generate sales from leads provided, prospecting new clients, referrals and networking trade events. Responsibilities:

• Build strategic & successful sales development & revenue plans

• Identify customer opportunities & targets

• Sales engagement, selling business outcomes, solutions sales approach

• Qualify key customers & prospects

• Formulating sales engagements and negotiation strategies

• Closing business opportunities through effective commercial negotiations

• Build the basis for long term future success & repeat business opportunities

• Achieve sales & quota targets

• Forecast sales activity

Candidate profile:

Candidates must possess previous customer sales, Contact Centre or Telesales experiences. Your skills, experience & attributes should include:

• A hunter mentality, relentless in the pursuit of deals

• Initiative & intuitive approach to new business development

• Engagement with SMB, Mid-Tier & Enterprise customers

• Longevity of relationships with relevant prospect enterprise customers

• Experience in SMB, Mid-Tier & Enterprise commercial sales transactions

• Working with customers to deliver sustainable business

• Naturally ambitious & motivated by extremely high earning potential

• Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
