Trainee Mill Operative / West Bromwich / Temp to Perm / £9.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mill Operative to join a large internationally trading steel processing company based in the West Bromwich area of the West Midlands.
They are looking for enthusiastic candidates with experience within the steel industry to come in and train up to assist with hot rolling mill operations. Training will be provided and it is a great opportunity to learn a new trade and upskill yourself for the future.

For this position if you have worked in the steel processing industry and have operated overhead cranes it will be beneficial to your application.
You will be working on straight days, 6:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, though will be expected to have some flexibility with regards to overtime if required.
The rate of pay for this role will be in the region of £9.00 per hour to start with. As you learn new aspects of the role your rate will increase accordingly. They are looking for an immediate start, as early as possible so if you are out of work and on the lookout for a new role this is an ideal opportunity.
