Part Time Merchandising Support Administrator
About The Role
We are looking for a flexible individual who will respond to the changing priorities in this fast moving and progressive department. This position is a part time, temporary role working 1pm- 5pm, Monday to Friday at our offices in Dewsbury for approximately 3-6 months.
On a day to day basis you will handle and resolve queries, and communicate with both the Merchandising field and Head Office personnel. Duties will also include updating our computer systems, generating and distributing reports and managing the mail out of communications. In addition you will also provide cover to the HHT Helpdesk and any administrative support required.
You should have a confident and professional telephone manner with a first class customer service ethic. Sound PC skills including good Excel knowledge, together with excellent administrative and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Being a team player is key, so you must be willing to work closely with your colleagues, and help out wherever necessary.
