We are a recruiting for a Client Support Executive to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans.

Key responsibilities:
- Responding to client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Dealing with client queries via telephone, live chat and letter
- Making FCA compliant telephone calls to new clients in order to welcome them to the company and check their understanding of services and the potential risks involved
- Assessing new account applications, via Experian systems, and ensuring that minimum standards of ID and address verification have been achieved
- Analysing credit requests and authorising appropriate limits
- Contacting/chasing debtors
- General daily administration duties to include daily post, processing client cheques, arranging couriers, scanning, stationery orders

- A degree or strong A-Levels essential
- Excellent customer service skills are essential!

- Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues
- A good multi-tasker
- A great communicator - both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Has an enquiring mind-set, comfortable asking questions and dealing with a wide range of queries

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4.30pm, 8.30am - 5pm/9am - 5.30pm (1 Saturday in 3, for 4 hours per day, overtime paid)
