Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisin to join a leading workplace pensions and employee benefits specialist, providing outsourced support to UK businesses as they navigate their way through the benefits landscape. Johnson Fleming is a dynamic company that is part of the NFP UK Group and provides services to a variety of well known companies.


The successful Customer Services Executive will have; experience in Customer Services and pension administration at a corporate level; excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to work under pressure; a flexible approach to working time; the ability to rapidly develop effective working relationships with colleagues from Johnson Fleming and representatives from client organisations.


Responsibility for the administration of clients’ group pensions:

  • Comprehensive data validation exercises
  • Completing auto-enrolment assessments
  • Producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules
  • Liaising between pension provider and employer/employee and client advisers
  • Answering employer/employee queries
  • Proactively identifying added value opportunities
  • Maintaining records and complying with regular audits
  • Prioritising and managing your own workload
  • Identifying and addressing errors/training requirements
  • To arrange and conduct conference calls and meetings as required
  • General administration tasks as requested
