Customer service advisor job / £18000 - £20000/ 9-5pm
Hays are working with an established organisation who are leaders in their field and based in Nottingham.
They are looking for multiple Customer service advisors to join their team asap.
Your new role:
* Speaking to existing customers about their renewal options and checking that our policy is still their best option.
* Handle, incoming and outgoing post, telephone enquiries and referrals from your supervisor.
* The accurate processing of New Business quotes. Adding detailed and sensitive information on to our system.
* Communicating with Customers via live chat - multitasking and liaising with multiple customers at once and resolving issues.
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a contact centre environment.
* A natural communicator with excellent customer service skills, superb interpersonal skills and the highest accuracy and attention to detail.
* Competitive and ambitious to achieve goals, further your career and develop your skill set.
* Dedicated to organising your own workload, completing all tasks to meet your targets and assisting your colleagues where necessary.
* Proficient using MS office.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
