The company are now looking for ambitious graduates, with some sales experience, to help promote their offering, win new business and develop new business relationships.
Junior Business Development Manager Package:

Junior Business Development Manager Role:
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the business’s unique platform and offering in order to articulate the company’s offering to prospective customers
- Uncover and qualify leads and potential customers, schedule meetings for senior members of the team
- Undertake extensive outreach, calling through to potential customers in order to outline the services on offer
- Shadow senior members of the team to meetings and learn about how to engage with and present to clients on a face to face basis
- As you progress – negotiate and close business with key accounts and larger customers
Junior Business Development Manager:
- Educated to degree level
- Must possess sales experience, ideally with a background in communications too
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Proactive, career focused with an approachable, hard-working personality
