SERVICE DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR

SALARY £20,000

A superb opportunity has arisen to join a small but dedicated caring team of professionals based in their Head Office just outside of Nottingham city centre. The organisation has been established for 50 years and they are looking to recruit a full-time super organised Service Delivery Co-ordinator.

You must have incredible attention to detail, a perfectionist with formatting and be advanced with Microsoft Excel as the role will involve advanced formulas and pivot tables.

DUTIES INVOLVE:

To co-ordinate the organisation with all their services which will involve organising assessments, training courses and tuition in line with client needs and demands.

  • Communicate with staff, contractors and clients in order to coordinate the delivery of services
  • Invoice services booked
  • Manage the diaries of staff and contractors who deliver services.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction levels and provide a positive client experience.
  • Maintain suitable and sufficient records to show an account of all activities
  • Report service delivery figures to Senior Management Team using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
  • Proofread specialist reports to ensure they meet company standards
  • Manage an admin assistant
  • Update company website
  • General admin tasks devolved by the Senior Management Team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Solid experience and good tenure within a co-ordinating or administration role
  • Confident with dealing with clients at all levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge including advanced formula's, V look-up and pivot tables
  • Experience of diary management and coordinating staff and client availability
  • Attention to detail and proof-reading skills
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Producing invoices and sending them out to clients
  • Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, CRMs and Teams, and willingness and ability to learn new systems
  • Empathetic with excellent listening skills and the ability to be non-judgemental
  • Able to prioritise own workload and work unsupervised
  • Flexible attitude towards work, with the ability to adapt to change
  • Work with colleagues as part of a team
  • Take instruction easily and value feedback for continuous improvement
  • Previous use of WordPress would be an advantage to update the company websites

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) - Essential

NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration (or equivalent) - Desirable

IMPORTANT INFORMATON:

Please note that there is little progression within this organisation but there is opportunity to put your own stamp on the role . Most of their staff have worked within the organisation for over 10 years which is a sign of an incredible workplace!

The successful candidate will be trained within their Covid safe office in Nottingham. The working hours would be 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch making this a 40 hour working week.

Please note when the offices do reopen, they are open from 08.30-18.30 so you do need to be flexible on working hours and the role may include working 1 Saturday morning on a rota basis.
