Gas Breakdown Engineer
Gas Engineer - An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a fast expanding team of Engineers on both servicing and boiler breakdowns in the Liverpool/Wirral area.
Essential requirements:
Start Salary £30,000 rising to £34,000 after 3 month probationYou will only be working on Group Service products, boilers only and hold fantastic breakdown knowledge. Full current UK driving licence, necessary.
Your duties will be:
To service & repair boilers in line with the manufacturers warranty, you will keep check of your van stock, and allocate parts correctly as and when these are used. Company focused individuals will succeed in this desirable position. You will be working in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations and manufacturers' instructions. Excellent diagnostic skills and customer service skills are required. You will be expected to plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers. This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs and ensuring, as far as practicable, that all appointments and targets are met.
Weekend overtime available also.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Winter rota in place to work Saturdays & Sundays (October to March)
Summer Mon - Fri only. (April - September)
No On Call rota on this contract
