We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a highly successful property company in the Gillingham area due to remarkable growth. Working Monday to Friday office hours, this role is ideal for a property professional seeking career progression in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
Duties:
If talking to customers is your forte, this could be just the job for you! You will be booking appointments for our Energy Assessors and Photographers.
You will need great telephone skills and be able to plan diaries for our team so they can complete Energy Performance Certificates, Floor Plans and Professional Photography where applicable. You will be taking payments over the telephone and guiding customers to make sure their home is well presented prior to the DEAs visit.
Essential Requirements:
* Great Customer service skills
* A friendly and positive telephone manner
* The ability to co-ordinate appointments in a timely/logistical way
* The ability to talk to people at all levels
* 30 wpm typing skills
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* A commercial mind and the ability to spot business opportunities
