Senior Customer Service Executive

Must have SAP, Advanced MS ExcelGreat opportunity to join a market-leading Company who are extremely busy and have created a new position for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and professional team.
The Role:
This is a key new role where you'll be learning the processes for each different major client and working with the Cusotmer Service teams to provide accurate reporting on stock and customer issues. This will include:
Data collation and creation of reports for clients and other internal users regarding stock availabiliy, using MS Excel
Investigating, analysing and interpresting data to anticipate future demand, need etc
Covering for team leaders with the flexibility to move between teams quickly.
Handling customer queries and resolving any complaints
Liaising with transportation and logistics companies to resolve any issues, difficultiesAs this is a new role, it's expected it'll evolve and you'll be key to how this does develop - an exciting opportunity!!
Skills and Experience Required:
You'll need to demonstrate previous Customer Service experience within a busy, phone based commercial role and be comfortable using your initiative to resolve queries and complaints. In addition, you must have the following skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V-lookups.
Good working knowledge of SAP, MS Office.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbally.
Attention to detail with methodical accuracy.
