Head of Customer Care
Do you have experience managing customer service teams within the new build or construction sectors?
I am currently looking for a a Head of Customer Service to work for a high end residential developer on site in South West London
You will be managing a team of managers, coordinators & operatives ensuring that the quality & customer journey is a high standard
The ideal candidate will have stable work experience managing a customer care or quality department for a housing developer previously. In addition to this you will have key factors in people management for example appraisals, recruitment & developments of staff. You will also need to demonstrate a key eye for detail when it comes to the quality of property.
