One of our most well established clients in Lincoln are currently looking for Collections Team Members on a full time, temporary basis, it is a 3 month contract to begin with, the starting salary of £19,000 a year.
Job Overview -
- To support customers experiencing difficulties paying their bill by reviewing accounts and providing practical support whilst ensuring that we maximise the collection of outstanding balances.
Job Requirements -
- Using the companies internal support mechanisms for customers to make their payments and/or bill affordable.
- Liaising with Customer Relation Managers, Court Bailiffs and High Court Enforcement Officers.
- Making outbound calls.
- Discuss card payments with customers, find missing payments, set up future arrangements and ensure the customer understands.
- Manage customer expectations and provide first time resolution.
- Demonstrate appropriate behaviours towards internal and external customers.
- Maintaining customer records based on information gained and working within GDPR guidelines.
Essential -
- Educated to a good standard of secondary education.
- Experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Good IT skills including Windows, Word and Excel.
- Communication - clear and confidant telephone manner with ability to make outbound calls to customers.
