Customer Service Advisor

Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business based in Milton Keynes, MK7 8LE. Our client is based just outside of the city centre, in a modern and well-equipped contact centre.

Key Information:

Full-time / Temporary to Permanent

40 hours per week

Must be fully flexible between 6.00am to 23.00pm, Monday to Sunday

£9.84ph

Start Date 12/01/2021

What we are looking for:

The successful Customer Service Agent should possess the following skills and experience:

Effective listening skills

Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls

A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues

Excellent communication skills

Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets

PC literate

Passionate and eager for a new challenge

Information:

You will receive 1 week in-house training in the use of the company's computer systems, which will enable you to help customers with their banking enquiries.

The chosen candidate MUST be able to pass pre-employment screening and security vetting.

Telephone Banking Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Aiding with balance requests, password set up and all general customer requests for information concerning the product

Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaint's procedure

Logging any resolved complaints or escalating and unresolved complaints

Escalating any potential problems and feedback from customers to the management team

Resolution of non-technical queries
