Advancing People are working closely with an established property business who are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate to join their experienced team as a Land & Development Surveyor, based in Bedford.

This rarely available long term career opportunity will offer huge variety and scope to be involved with a large area of land and property development opportunity across the region.

Consulting with land and property owners you will be looking to work closely with clients, developers and planners to maximise the chance of planning being granted for developments, whilst maximising the value of the ultimate sale.

Our client can offer an enviable portfolio of clients that will be receptive to potential development opportunities for their land and/or properties.

This is not a traditional Surveying role but much more of a consultative sales-focused role, with long lead times often the case starting with initial consultation liaison with clients, planning departments and developers, through to completion.

A confident and outgoing personality is key - with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.

Our client is looking for someone that must have an agricultural, land or development degree or equivalent qualification. You could be coming fresh from studying as a graduate or may have some work experience in addition, within a similar Land and Property.

Our client if offering the opportunity to be fully supported in your professional development to work towards RICS qualification and will also provide the skills needed to develop within the role.

The salary available for this role will be up to Ā£25,000 Basic with excellent career opportunities available within the group.
