Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business based in Milton Keynes, MK7 8LE. Our client is based just outside of the city centre, in a modern and well-equipped contact centre.
Key Information:
Full-time / Temporary to Permanent
40 hours per week
Must be fully flexible between 6.00am to 23.00pm, Monday to Sunday

Effective listening skills
Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
Excellent communication skills

PC literate

Duties:
As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will include:
Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs
Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
Determination and resilience are key factors
An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
