Service Desk Analyst (Out of Hours)
Interaction Recruitment are seeking an Out of Hours Service Desk Analyst with previous 2nd Line experience to join a thriving helpdesk in Peterborough to respond and provide 2nd line support to service users.
I am seeking candidates who possess a good telephone manner, can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and also have the following technical experience:
Experience using Active Directory, including password resets and managing permissions
Experience administering Office365 or Exchange email accounts
Troubleshooting remote support (LogicMeIon, TeamViewer, RDP)
Application Support (Microsoft Office, Citrix)
Cisco CCNA required as a minimum.
Basic knowledge of ITIL
Fortinet Knowledge
F5 Knowledge
Checkpoint Knowledge
To be considered, you must have worked within a helpdesk environment for a minimum of 6 months, be a self-starter and be comfortable in working as part of a team and individually.
This is an Out of Hours role, so you must be proactive and also be comfortable working shifts on a rota basis.
