A leading Utilities contractor with offices nationwide have a key requirement for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with a utilities/Civils background to cover bill of quantities, reviewing tenders and contract surveying, sign offs and final accounting. Junior Quantity Surveyor will be within a short commute to Reading or North London. Paid up to £45K basic salary dependant on experience.
As the successful Junior Quantity Surveyor you will be:
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be quoting from bill of quantities
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing contracts and tenders
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with NEC Contracts
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be managing document management and submission
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be managing final submission and accounting
Junior Quantity Surveyor Located Reading or within easy access to.
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to £45k basic plus full package including car allowanceTo be successful as the Junior Quantity Surveyor
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be from a civils/power/telecoms background
Junior Quantity Surveyor will have experience dealing with frame work agreements, NEC Contracts, and crane works.
Junior Quantity Surveyor will be qualified in commercial management at HNC or HND level
Junior Quantity Surveyor will have a Driving License
