Interaction Recruitment are seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with at least 6 months previous 1st Line experience, or equivalent BTEC qualification (or similar), to join a thriving helpdesk in Peterborough that provides technical support to end users.
I am seeking candidates who possess a good telephone manner, can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the following technical experience:
Experience using Active Directory, including password resets and managing permissions
Experience administering Office365 or Exchange email accounts
Troubleshooting remote support (LogMeIon, TeamViewer, RDP)
Application Support (Microsoft Office, Citrix)
To be considered for this role, you must have previously worked within a helpdesk environment for a minimum of 6-months, be a self-starter and be comfortable in working as part of a team and individually.
