Job title: Operator - Fiber Laser machine
Job location: Derby.
Shifts: Days, early finish on Friday (occasional Saturday depending on project urgency)
Hours per week: 39 standards - likely to be up to 50 hours per week
Pay rate: between £12 and £14 (DOE)
Duration: Permanent role.
Start date: Immediate
Client Overview:
Leading manufacturer of trade's signs, large variety of sizes, many high-end brand names.
Job overview:
The primary purpose of this role is working on the Bysatronic laser Fiber machines for the manufacture of signs, signs can differ greatly in size and brand so there will be a large amount of variance.
Person Profile/Experience:
* Must have experience of laser Fiber operating - ideally Bystronic..
* Good understanding of various metals including stainless and Aluminium.
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawing.
* Be able to be flexible in regards to hours, projects may require that you need to come in early / stay late.
Qualifications:
* Ideally, apprentice trained but a good level of experience will also be acceptable.
* Experience of the Bysatronic Laser Fiber ideal.
