MBA are exclusively recruiting for one of the largest Insurance Broking Groups in the UK.

Based from their office in Bollington, Cheshire, we are seeking a dynamic and professional office administrator to join their Commercial Insurance department.

WHAT WE NEED -

Confident when talking to a variety of callers such as; Underwriters, Clients, MIB/Police and internal colleagues
Dynamic, able to take a new situation and find the appropriate response
Comfortable working as part of a team
I.T Literate and confident enough to navigate around various websites and portals
• Someone who can:
Take responsibility for their own work, while also contributing towards team KPIs
Learn new processes and procedures in an ever-changing environment
Balance the needs of the business whilst treating customers fairly

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Commercial Business Support team offer critical administrative assistance to the Direct Motor Trade Combined sales teams
The daily tasks are varied, and each client is different from the last. There are no two policies alike, so attention to detail is crucial
Examples of tasks the team may complete are:
Updating a clients Motor Insurance Database (MID) record
Reviewing, quoting and processing Mid Term adjustments such as
Change of premises
Driver adjustments
Change of sums insured
Amendments to cover
Issuing policy documentation for our delegated schemes
Processing and sending policy documents for non-scheme insurers
Chasing additional information such as
No Claims Bonus
Confirmed Claims Experience
Employers Reference Number
Processing cancellations
Scanning and post
Accounts queries
General customer enquiries
After Sales Calls to both check clients have received their documents and to promote our additional products

WHAT YOU'VE GOT
o Customer service experience, client facing, or phone based is acceptable
o A willingness to help both colleagues and clients
o Good Attention to detail
o Excellent written communication, both professional and clear
o Confidence in promoting additional products and services to existing clients
o Experience using Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
o An understanding of Insurance, preferably commercial lines

HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL
The successful team member will have the ability to:
o Work quickly and accurately by themselves
o Confidently discuss policy details with
o Clients
o Underwriters
o Claims advisors
o Police/MIB
o Assimilate changes in processes and procedures to ensure the quality of our work is maintained.
o Suggest new and better ways of working
o Identify errors in documents, including the risk screens generated by the trading team
o Deal with any customer conflict in a professional manner
o Complete your annual IDD CPD in line with the regulations.
