37.5 hours per week - Dual Split 18.75 Hours in each service
The Service
One of the services easily commutable by local transport links and working at this service you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
The other service in Hemel Hempstead, is where they support up to 8 individuals with physical and learning disabilities. They are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve.
The Successful Candidate For The Role Will Have
Previous experience at management level.
The ability to keep calm under pressure.
Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
The passion to work with vulnerable Adults.
The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
The ability to keep calm under pressure.
The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
