Do you have outstanding administrative and customer service skills?

Key Group currently have a fantastic opportunity within their dedicated Broker Support team.

Our team of Broker Support agents are responsible for the following;

Handling inbound calls from brokers to enable telephone account managers to focus on outbound sales calls
Providing excellent customer service and support to more 2 life business customers
Provide support as required to telephone account managers in managing active enquiries or KFIs
Liaise with appropriate more 2 life operations areas to resolve broker queriesPrincipal Accountabilities

To be responsible for the management of your own workload
To adhere to agreed service standards
To keep up to date and conversant with lending criteria, products and special schemes and convey this accurately to brokers over the telephone.
To develop and maintain business relationships with key partners

Essential Skills

Experience

Five GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C and above - to include Maths and EnglishPersonal Qualities / Competence

Strong administration and telephone handling skills
Excellent PC and keyboard skills
First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring work is of the highest quality
Highly motivated and co-operative
Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
Be driven by customer service and going the extra mile to deliver exemplary service
Possess a working knowledge of mortgage processing and lending criteria
Ability to work under pressure
Handle all enquiries in a professional, positive, and prompt mannerDesirable Skills

Experience of working in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
