Customer Service Administrator - email Contact - Purchases on line
Harvey McQueen are recruiting for customer service administrator to join one of our clients based in the Hindley area, WN2. For this role you will serve as an initial point of contact for customers via email, and responding to enquiries.
Our Client is a fast growing E-Commerce company. Providing a wide range of products, with the constant development of new products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing advice and recommending the best product/solution over e-mail
- Champion the brand
- Increase sales through outstanding customer service
- Adapt to new systems quickly
- Learn the product range and services on offer from the company
- Respond to e-mails in a timely manner
- Update in house systems
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers
- Maintain and build the companies social media profile
Pay Benefits and Hours of work
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (there may be some weekend work)
- Salary £9.72 per hour

- IT and computer literate
