Customer Service Executive-B2B-12 month contract
We’re seeking a motivated customer services professional to take a role working within a Nit For Profit training organisation based near High Wycombe. The position will be focused on communicating with members of the organisation seeking accreditation, helping them through the processes, guiding them on details that are needed and also working with companies that have been rejected.
No experience in this specific area is required but a professional, articulate and motivated individual with a great phone manner is essential. The role is a 12 month contract due to maternity leave higher up in the team which has been covered internally. The role is 35 hrs per week and home based initially, though candidates must be able to work full time in the office should the guidance change and they decide to move the roles back in house.
