The company:
Our client is a well-established, industry leader based in Bury who are looking to expand their Customer Service department. Due to a massively successful year, and the introduction of new products, they're going through an exciting period of expansion. They're looking to hire 2 Customer Service Advisors to join their fun, friendly, and sociable team to work in a busy, and challenging role.
The role:
Customer Service Advisors will handle incoming enquiries from customers via both phone & email and aim to resolve queries and issues in one-time resolution. You will deal with a broad range of queries from business customers in a fast-paced, challenging role and be responsible for administration, contracts and data entry. You'll have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility to develop your skills and career also!
The package:
The salary on offer is £19,000 based on experience and there is an annual bonus on offer. Benefits include 23 holidays + bank holidays, free parking, and office hours of 8.30 - 5.30 with no evenings or weekends. There are regular fun, and social activities such as free breakfasts on payday Friday and happy hour full of cocktails from 4pm on Fridays!
