Commissioning Manager- Children's

I am happy to present to you a unique opportunity to take a leading role as a Commissioning Manager within a local authority who is on the improvement journey within the south west of England.

Within this position you will be expected to provide a high level strategic leadership for disabled children across Children's Services in line with the children and young people's plans within the southern Jurassic Coast and a track record of commissioning in partnership to improve outcomes.

If you're seeking an opportunity to display your strategic abilities by taken the leading role in developing & improving commissioning relationships with providers and partners this is the position for you as you will be in the position to take the rails and have your voice heard in important decisions made.

My client is looking for someone who can complete recommissioning of education and inclusion service's and the design and review of short breaks and early help offer for disabled children. This role will see you working with your colleagues in the SEND service giving you the opportunity to gain knowledge within a service that many social workers don't get the opportunity to do so.

To be considered for this post you will have prior experience as a commissioning manager or have experience within this filed, you will also be require to provide the last 3 years worth of references, your right to work document as well as proof of address.
