Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant
£60 - £70 per day

Do you have experience of supporting pupils with SEN requirements, physical needs, or disabilities?
Are you Level 3 qualified in Supported Teaching and Learning in Schools?
Are you confident in working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, MLD, SpLD, or other SEN barriers? If so, then this position is for you!
The Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role. You will be working with a variety of special needs therefore flexibility and a passion for helping other is key. You will be working within a small classroom with a dedicated and supportive team of Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are committed to the health and welfare of their students.
Helping to prepare lesson plans
To be the first point of call for the teacher
Helping the pupils with personal care (as and when required)
Preparing exciting and interactive activities
Ensuring the classroom is safe and tidy at all time
Adhering to all school policies
To be vigilant at all times and ensure safe guardingThe Candidate
To be successful within this role you must have worked within a special needs education environment previously. You will be confident enough to work independently on a 1:1 basis but also be happy to work collaboratively with other members of staff such as SEN Teaching Assistants. You will have a in date DBS or be willing to apply for one.
